Nick & Erica Lugg founded CiCA UK back in 2003, and for many years worked in close partnership with, and under the umbrella of Radstock Ministries, before registering the organisation in its own right. They are key leaders of Mexborough Life Church and Centre in South Yorkshire. Erica directs the work of CiCA UK on a day to day basis. Nick also oversees the work of Lordsway Ministries, a church network in Zambia. They visit Zambia at least twice a year and are increasingly visiting other nations such as Zimbabwe and Malawi.
CiCA UK is governed by a team of trustees who oversea the running of the charity.
Tim and Sue Butcher have a background in church ministry and have lived in Zambia, Tim is a director in a developing business, Flyover18,

Judith Dillon is a retired nurse formerly working in a busy A & E department in West Yorkshire. She travels extensively and has a keen interest in humanitarian projects.
Lorraine Slater is a director of a plastering company based in South Yorkshire. She has been very successful in fundraising for our projects, and has travelled both to Zambia and Zimbabwe in support of the work of CiCA UK.
